Mr. Saroj Kumar Jha is a founding partner of SRGR Law Offices and is recognized as one of the eminent real estate lawyers in the country. He has experience of more than two decades in the area of real estate, corporate structuring and consultancy, and specializes in advising foreign investors on entry routing, location analysis, risk analysis, site and title searches, due diligence, drafting and vetting of various transaction documents and general corporate counselling.

His scope of advice includes structuring transactions compliant with applicable laws including but not limited to foreign exchange laws, taxation laws and real estate laws.
