With an experience of over 27 years, ranging from Infrastructure, Mergers and Acquisition to Corporate Advisory, Ravi, our founding Partner, has been actively involved in advising national as well as multinational companies on various commercial law aspects.

He started his career as an associate at Goswami Associates, New Delhi in 1998 and became a Partner at Fox Mandal Little in 2006, before founding SRGR Law Offices in 2009. He has played a critical role in advising various stakeholders (government, owners, developers, concessionaries, investors, lenders, contractors, sub-contractors) on structuring and negotiating various concession agreements, power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, financing agreements, operations and maintenance agreements and other legal advisory work.

Mr. Bishnoi has also been a keynote speaker at various conferences such as the ABA Conference (Vancouver) and IBA Project Finance Conference (Washington DC), thus carving a niche for the Firm in commercial law in India as well as abroad.
