SRGR Law Offices recently acted as legal counsel for SWAMIH Fund in connection with secured financing made available to Ansal Crown Infrabuild Private Limited, a subsidiary of Ansal Buildwell Limited, by means of issuance of non-convertible debentures, aggregating up to INR 47 crores.
The investment will be utilized for the purpose of completion of the project ‘Ansal Crown Heights’ located in Sector 80, Faridabad, Haryana.
